RUSH INFORMATION

For those that do not know: Rush is a week where houses open up their doors and allow people to come in and see what the house is all about. During this time there can be activities involving the rush participants and the brothers, we can answer any and all questions involving the house or us personally, on top of free food and drinks. All of these things are meant to give the rushee a feel for who we are as a house. By no means does rushing mean any sort of commitment to the house. You are free to come and go as you please, and we have no expectations of you.

At the end of the week, given the level of interest you have shown and willingness you are to become a brother, you may receive a bid to become a pledge. This is when you are free to accept or turn down the offer and commitment.

While Theta Delta Chi does follow the typical rush week schedule like the rest of campus, we are an open bid house. This means that if you express interest at any time in the year, we are free to give you a bid at any time. So if you fall in love with the house at any time just as many of us had, we can recognize that and offer you an invitation to become one of us.
